L&M Coaching started in 2022 because of a recognized need in people’s lives, specifically through times of transitions. Job changes or advancement, balancing work and life when a new life event happens, or when it becomes clear that a relationship between people needs to change.

Through one-on-one coaching or group coaching, with L&M Coaching you can actively work on becoming a better self for you and for those that you care about. L&M Coaching believes in the power of change, as Carl Jung says, “Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.”
